Linda was incredibly responsive and detailed throughout the entire process — she always followed up quickly, provided clear breakdowns of the work, and made everything easy to understand.
Danny, the master technician who came onsite, was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was done properly.
It’s rare to find a company that combines great communication with top-quality work, but Apex truly delivered on both. Highly recommended!
