Dave Rolig that came out to do the estimate was very knowledgeable and took the time to know me and answer any and all of my questions. His experience and genuine caring were unmatched! An employee to make any company very proud. He even offered to meet price of competitors product. In the end it was my engineering analysis of the hardware choices that had me chose the competitor. And that was nothing he could overcome. He gave me every reason to believe Allred was only selling a product they believed in and would fully stand behind for many years to come.

Our furnace decided to bite the dust New Years Day morning (not a good way to ring in the New Year, but whatever...) after a few different companies came in to quote repair/replacement Allred was recommended to me and I am so glad they were! Prompt, courteous, professional, thorough, reactive and amazingly nice. Absolutely every person in this company from sales to permitting, dispatch and install was amazing! Steve C. gave us the quote with a very thorough explanation of the scope of work which was greatly appreciated for a complete system replacement.
