Oh my goodness. I am SO grateful that I took the plunge to see Maria. She is absolutely fantastic at bodywork and is so knowledgeable. She took a good amount of time to understand where I was experiencing pain & stiffness while also doing incredible job of translating that exactly into what needed work. She discussed stretching techniques for me, she worked on muscles I didn't know we're stiff, she loosened up the fascia in my back in order to get to the muscles. I don’t know what kind of magic she did on me, but I felt like I was in a daze when I left. The best massage I’ve had in a while! The perfect amount of pressure and she relieved my knots without grinding on them uncomfortably. I will definitely be returning.

One of the best massages that I have had thus far! I have been going to Alcaraz every week since being in my second trimester and now at 38 weeks I saw Veronica again. She just knew exactly where to massage and what body parts to spend time on. It was so relaxing and made me feel like a brand new person!
