I’ve been coming to Aesthetics and Electrology for several years and have always appreciated how kind and welcoming the providers are. The owner, Susan (who has since moved out of state), was especially wonderful, and I’ve continued coming back because of the positive experiences I’ve had overall.
That said, there are a few areas that have been a bit challenging. Appointments often start late, and because setup is included within the scheduled time, it can sometimes feel like the actual treatment time is shorter than expected. Indy and Gulshan are fantastic! I’m getting all the hair on my neck removed and I am so glad these two are the ones doing the zapping! Pleasant atmosphere and OCCASIONAL record playing! EVEN AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT CORGI!
The staff are absolutely incredible. They are not only helpful making sure you can get all services possible covered under insurance, and are very kind and considerate in dealing with pain sensitivity and have many skilled technicians.
