I got the brazilian and underarm package and I could not be happier! I noticed results after the first session and since finishing my sixth (and final) I hardly have to shave and when I do it is so easy and looks great. Dina was absolutely amazing. She made me feel super comfortable and she was incredibly kind. I highly recommend, it is a great investment.

I purchased a Brazilian laser hair removal package with nine sessions, but I was disappointed with the results. After completing all treatments, only about 60% of the hair was removed, and the remaining hair grew back very patchy. The staff were friendly and the clinic was clean, but the results didn’t meet my expectations. Based on my experience, the laser seemed less effective compared to other places I’ve tried. For example, I previously had underarm treatments at Ideal Image, which were more intense but gave much better results. I’ve since tried SEV Laser, and not only is it more affordable, but after just one session I noticed a bigger improvement than I did after multiple sessions here. I honestly feel like I would have saved a lot of money if I had gone there from the beginning. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for laser hair removal. I suggest looking into other providers before committing.

My experience with Dina at Aesthetic Laser Center was incredible. I had multiple laser treatments for melasma and a chemical peel. I was extremely nervous about the laser treatments, but Dina took great care to thoroughly explain the process of each treatment and make sure I was comfortable during it. I am amazed by the results and happy I chose ALC of Seattle.

I scheduled an appointment for IPL consultation. Prior to the consultation, I received numerous text messages, phone calls, and emails asking me questions that would be asked during a consultation. The provider determined I would not be a good candidate prior to treatment. To my dismay, I learned this clinic attempted to charge me an $85 cancellation fee for not following through with their “treatment” (extremely predatory practice, especially since I said I’d contact my dermatologist for medical advice before moving forward with any treatments). Seattle Aesthetic Laser is trying to falsely claim I “cancelled” my appointment, or didn’t show up, when nothing could be further from the truth. I engaged in extensive consultative dialogue with the provider spanning the course of DAYS. The only way I could get out of the cancellation fee is by agreeing to a different form of treatment their clinic offers (surprise, surprise). Obviously, I told my card issuer to reject the charge as fraudulent, but on principle, a respectable clinic would never treat patients this way or try this scam.

$3k down the drain: I spent over $3k on a laser hair removal package plus 3-4 "touch ups" (that's 9-10 sessions) that I received every 6-8 weeks over a 14 month time period to no change in hair growth. I am shaving as much as I ever did before. Aesthetic Laser Center of Seattle met my concerns with a reference to the buried fine print that "some people take many more sessions to see results." Bottom line: if I had to do it all over again, I would go somewhere that was very clear with the process of getting it right and had a policy that covers the sessions needed after the package is completed. I ended up spending way more at this place because the initial bundle price was so appealing. If you're going to spend the money, go somewhere with with clear policies and practices on follow up treatments. Don't fall for the "bargain" package.

I’m almost done with my laser-hair-removal series here and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. Dina is the definition of professional—she walks me through every step, checks on my comfort level constantly, and keeps each session running like clockwork.
Both the waiting and treatment rooms are bright, clean, and organized, which makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Results have been impressive: the regrowth I still have is much finer and sparse, so maintenance is already a breeze.
Yes, the first visit had its “spicy” moments, but Dina’s calm guidance (plus the cooling air) made even that manageable—and each subsequent appointment has been more comfortable.
