I was very pleased to find a general practitioner through the Polyclinic whom I liked. She referred me to Dr. Menda for a routine eye check. My original appointment in November 2023 was unremarkable beyond the entire staff being very young and unengaged. I took my glasses prescription to Costco to have it filled at Menda's suggestion. I wore the glasses for some time before I concluded that I would not adjust and in fact, I was seeing double. I took the glasses back to Costco and they confirmed they had filled the prescription as written. I went for an appointment in gastroenterology for which I had waited months. I checked in, and was placed in a room, ready for the doc, whenI was told my medicare advantage plan was no longer accepted.1 - I knew they were in negotiations, but had received a message that my date was still in affect. If it wasn't, why hadn't they CALLED so this 80 years didn't have to trudge through the snow for nothing! 2 - In fact it is still in effect - until the 23rd of this month. But the wait for a new appointment is two or three months. 3 - according to my insurance company, I was covered and would have been covered anyway due to some declared rules because of covid.... read full review
