I have colitis, diabetes, Celiac disease, and high blood pressure and have put on 60 lbs. over the last 2 years. I was taking 80 ML of insulin per day and 1,000 mg of Metformin when I first started hypnotherapy and coaching with Patricia. I’ve worked with medical doctors, therapists, nutritionists, have joined weight loss programs, and tried many different diets for YEARS and honestly nothing worked for me LONG TERM until I started hypnotherapy sessions with Patricia. After working with Patricia and also joining her Weight Loss Online Program, I’ve lost 23 lbs and have eliminated my insulin intake by 98% - basically I only take it about once a week (15 ml) if I take it at all! I’ve also lowered my blood pressure by 20 points! My doctors are thrilled and I feel great!!! In addition, I have finally established a regular routine of self care and exercise, which I was NEVER ABLE ABLE TO MAINTAIN in the past. In one two-hour session, Patricia help me conquer a sub-conscious impulse to "crush the ball" in my golf swing. No matter what I tried to do on my own my golf pro and I just could not figure out what to do. The last thing I would think before I began by forward swing would be "relax" but yet as my legs started moving this crush impulse would just take over. Patricia and I figured out a number of triggering events over the last 50 years and then she did a little hypnosis on me. The next day my golf pro was amazed by the difference. I have finally attained the zen of golf. The mind and body are amazingly inter-connected. It's been a month since my session and I have been out on the golf course or driving range about ten times since and the crush impulse is still gone. As my pro says, I am finally "playing" golf.
