After days of phone tag, the place sending my intake forms to the wrong address, and my appointment being canceled because I was in the middle of a panic attack and used a naughty word, I'm about ready to accept that this place may not actually want to provide health and/or wellness.The only thing they seem to provide is inattentive front desks and abrasive, uncaring """therapists"""

So far, not so good. I was thrilled at being able to actually get an appointment with someone one after making 22 calls to various psychiatrists. Day of the appointment, they cancelled, message said to call to reschedule. Their line has been "busy" all morning. After filling out tons of information online, I can't help but wonder if I have just been scammed. If this is the state of mental health now, suicide seems like a better option.
