Rick is great! Since age 66 I've had four years of continuous improvement, zero injuries and lots of fun. He has a very well equipped comfortable studio and does Zoom sessions too. He has tailored a program to my specific needs and limitations and has helped me to stay motivated and positive all this time.
I've been working out with Rick for about ten years.
