Incredible hotel, with amazing views. The Point Ruston Area is the perfect location to relax and enjoy all the amenities of the Silver Cloud Hotel. The staff here are so hardworking and pay attention to every detail to make your stay perfect! Everyone is so kind and helpful,? even with my crazy kids. Silver Cloud Hotel also gives back to local youth programs like Norpoint Soccer Club to keep them affordable for every child in the area. Shout out to Michelle Onufer for taking such good care of us! Here is a shot of my 3-year-old having a blast at the Spray Park right next to the hotel.
Amazing experience! I have a very sore shoulder/arm pain and “Ari” was very attentive and gentle in that area. I couldn’t believe her massage treatment… possible the very best I have ever had!! Can’t wait to book with her again. Also the facility presents an atmosphere that immediately sets your
mind and body at peace.
Excellent experience! I had a Body cocoon wrap from Halli and a Hydrafacial from Hannah. The relaxation room was so nice and using the infrared sauna was an added bonus. The manager Jenni was highly professional and lovely. They really make you feel special here. I highly recommend this spa! See you soon
