First time using these guys, huge shout out to Taylor, Trevor and Zac for being so 'Americool' and making this a smooth process; getting the maintenance done efficiently, and even installing a new thermostat for me. Will definitely be using these guys again.

The quote was right around what I expected, and the sales guy Patrick did a great job answering questions and was very friendly. During the quote Patrick discovered a problem with my heat pump and showed me how my system works, and he actually ended up fixing the root of all my AC problems in a matter of seconds. Unfortunately, my old system has now been running better than the last 6 years since we bought this place, so I'm having a hard time replacing it now! When the time comes I definitely will go with Americool though, seems like a great company ?

We called because our Heat pump and furnace were not communicating well and not working. Communicating with Americool was not an issue. They got us on the schedule and when there was a technical issue, they let us know that Braden would be delayed but he called and still made it in the window of time we were first given. He was very knowledgeable and nice and efficient. He had the part to replace on his truck and we now have a fully functioning system. Braden is the BEST! We appreciate his high level of expertise and his ability to take care of us! Thank you!
