Dr. “Norm” is flexible in his schedule and treatments. He has a WALK-IN policy (unheard of!). My prior chiropractor had an appointment only policy, which was OK except most times he was two weeks out.
Dr. Collins staff is like family, in their warmth and appreciation of your trust and business. Exemplary. And my little dog is even welcomed….
First time I've been to any healthcare provider and felt like truly taken care of. Instead of a whirlwind in and out kind of visit My xray was taken there at the office the following day we together looked at the xray and talked about what's wrong and what it would take to feel good again. They had all my insurance information mapped out and explained it all in terms that made sense to me.
