He also collaborated with me to fix drainage problems that if left as is could have potentially destroyed my septic field and system. Our septic tank was taking on groundwater at an alarming rate. Despite all of the rain, they troubleshooted and found the problem (seal had failed). They used a backhoe during the falling rain and fixed it. It has been holding up well so far. I’m so appreciative of their work and for scheduling us when I’m sure they were pulled in many different directions due to all the rain. They communicate well and have amazing customer service. I can’t say enough great things about them all. To work during these conditions is not fun.
Cameron was very friendly, clean and professional. After pumping the chambers he gave an excellent evaluation of the septic system and pointed out things to watch out for. Very good experience.
