I recently shopped for new equipment for my client and she could not be happier with the upgrade to her salon. I couldn't have done this without Amira's help who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and concerns. Even when I called at least three times a day with questions, she took the time to answer all of them. The staff was pleasant to work with!

I think this place is awesome! I recently purchased all new equipment for my salon and couldn't be happier. Amira helped me with my order and was extremely friendly and professional. Excellent customer service!

i am upgrading my review from a 1 to a 4. My reason for the original review was in haste, 1 of the chairs I ordered (vintage barber chair) was defective, after cursing & bleeding I called Amira? when I didn't get an immediate response (unreasonable) I rated my experience. 2 hours later when she returned my call, we scheduled a time for Robert (super cool guy) to come out and fix the problem. The parts did not fit, Robert returned in order with a replacement. ( I am an hour away) I am still weary of the chair quality, I have had very large clients fit into this chair and recline. With no issues. HOWEVER, for the price it is a darn good looking chair. Time will tell if it holds up.ðŸ‘

Terrible! I have purchased major equipment from this company and the product has been defective. The company claims to have a five year warranty on their equipment, but they will avoid your calls and messages when you report problems or defects. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and this is unbelievable. They haven't heard the last from me.....

HORRIBLE! The customer service rep Nellie is very kind and friendly, however I have been waiting since MAY of 2013 to resolve a problem with the defective pedicure chairs that I purchased from this company. I have been waiting for months to talk to the manager about refunding my money, and they will not return my call. I call weekly, sometimes several times a week and still no response. I would never recommend this company to my friends in the industry. Think twice, if you are not satisfied with a product...you may not be able to return it or get a refund. We have too many other reputable beauty supply companies in the US, so don't fall for this one- even if the price seems too good to be true!
