I am so greatfull that I found this place. I am new to the area and have had a couple of crazy difficult physical issues. Barb has helped me modify the exercise to be safe and the people in the class are just so FUN!!!!

Tailored Fitness was the most critical and pivotal step for me in getting back on track with my physical fitness and strengthening my mental health.
