Went there for a basic nail maintenance cleanup and it took 10mins to cut, buff and trim the skin around my nail beds nothing else all for $30. Very disappointing and my nails are not even and left sharp and not filed.
Won’t be going back.

i have been going to pioneer nails for the last few years to get my nails done by nick who i have been going to for over 6 years. he is amazing at what he does and has done literal art on my nails to the point people stop to take pictures. he is extremely talented and i would highly recommend him and pioneer nails.

i got my nails done by ivan! absolutely obsessed. you will always leave with a smile on your face. he pays attention to every detail and makes sure you love them. i highly suggest getting your nails done by ivan!! his personality and his way of work is all a 10/10.

Me and my sister were so excited to go get our nails done. We wanted acrylic French tip! It’s been so long since we had a “mom” day.
What I asked for and what I got were two different things. I noticed she wasn’t using the power and white tips. She said “oh gel x gel, better better” whatever, she was almost done; she gave me a post it note with the price, $90! Excuse me what!!!?
She didn’t even paint the ends of nail, the gel is so thick and look like chiclet gum. They are bumpy and uneven.
I’m so disappointed with this service and quality. Highly do not recommend.

Two visits and both times they seemed to rush and not do a thorough job on tough skin and cuticles, but the staff is friendly and lots of options

Im normally so happy with them!!!! I had a new tech today, the shape is so off and the tortoise shell look does not match with the other nails at all. Also I dont like when the profile shape swoops up 😭😭😭 I expressed my wants to her but it is what it is.

I believe I had Chloe do my pedicure. It was just average. All the other services in the past were excellent, so I hope the quality is not slipping. The attention to detail was lacking and I had to have her do a couple fixes that were noticeable to me. The polish is also wearing off in places in just a few days.

James literally does the most incredible nails. He is so talented and always makes my nails look better than I envisioned! It’s such a good vibe here. My favorite nail spot!!

Went in for the first time yesterday and it was not a great experience. First, I booked with someone and was put with someone else. Then, I got my nails done, paid and left. Good thing I only went right over to Starbucks because two of them broke within five minutes. I went back in, and they put me with someone else to fix them. She couldn’t do it, so I was moved to someone else (I am in an immobility brace mind you). Turns out the gel builder didn’t cure properly (to which they blamed me for placing my hands in the light wrong????) and told me I was the first one to EVER have an issue with the gel (thanks??). They were not friendly about the fix, I felt like I was the inconvenience, and they were most likely speaking about me the entire time it was being fixed. Additionally, none of my nails in my right hand match the size or length on the left and there are bubbles all in the gel. I asked for a refund & haven’t heard anything back even though they’re active online posting photos. 0/10. Would never go back.
Update three days later. More nails chipping because of the awful job that was done. Still no word from the shop.
Update: leas than two weeks later. The nails are literally just coming off. $80 later for nails that barely lasted a day, let alone 1 week and 3 days. Absolutely disgusting. Do not go here.

I never leave reviews unless I feel that I need to speak up. I went in Sunday for gel nails and asked for a simple French tip. I have short nails and I did not want long nails or nothing crazy. No where in the salon or anywhere were there prices posted for services. She didn’t tell me how much it was going to be before she started. She finished my nails and I go to pay and she charged me $100 which for short basic French tip nails is insane! I have never paid more that 65 for a set like that. Anywhere. I understand charging that if you asked for long nails or diamonds or designs but I did not. Also she told me to take home my used nail file and buffer so when I come back she can reuse it… that just doesn’t sit right with me.
