All of the starts to Black Diamond Diesel! They went through my truck while I was visiting family after a fuel cut out. They had it for a few days and took their time to make sure I would have a safe drive home.

Michael has been great to work with on our lemon of a ecodiesel. They have also been a great “go to” mechanic transitioning for working with an expensive dealer service department. It is nice to be able to talk reasonably to someone about our vehicle issues.

Black Diamond Diesel went above and beyond in every way. They squeezed my truck in for a diagnostic and repair on very short notice. When they called to say it was ready, I let them know my wife’s water had just broken prematurely—we were at the hospital awaiting birth and heading straight to the NICU for the foreseeable future. I had no idea when I’d be able to pick up the truck or pay.
Without hesitation, they offered heartfelt congratulations, a genuine pep talk, and told me they wouldn’t be charging me for the work.
