I've been getting electrolysis treatments for 8 months or so and having good results. Velma at the Payne Center is wonderful! She has so much experience and is a certified CPE in electrolysis, which is very important. She was even president of the WA organization for CPEs some time ago. She knows the process and how to do it well with the least pain. She regularly buys new machines as they evolve to be more tolerable and effective.
Velma's stories are epic and can take your mind right away from the ongoing procedure. I highly recommend her. I'm so thankful we have her in the Tri-Cities!
I always look forward to my visits with Velma (even if it is a little painful?) as she is a very likeable and kind person along with also being a very professional person. I have been going to her for about a year now and am noticing results. It takes a while for results, but the time and effort is well worth it. Thank you, Velma!
Velma is an expert in her field!! She makes sure I’m happy with her work before leaving. Which I’m always happy since she looks for every single hair to be removed! She has helped me gain confidence in myself! If you have PCOS and want to get rid of facial hair for good Velma is the lady to see! It will take a long time but you’ll get there. I have had about 16 treatments and my time in removing the hair has been cut down by half!! Velma has told me the hairs in the first half will be a lot slower to be gone than the second half of hairs.
I wish I met Velma 15ish years ago when I first started having facial hair.
