We started our relationship with StoneCrest four years ago when my wife and I decided to have a home built prior to starting our family. Our experience with them has been outstanding from day one. Working with Tracy, Steve, and Nikki and watching them execute their work was a great experience. StoneCrest was our builder and we are very happy with the quality of the home and their customer service. The subcontractors are among the best available in the TriCities. We know several other families personally that hired StoneCrest both before and after our home was finished and have only heard positive feedback. Many of the top realtors in the area would have no problem recommending StoneCrest. The other negative reviews on here do not sound reasonable. Ask Steve or Tracy for customer references if you want the truth.
