“This company offers a really comprehensive warranty. Why? Because they know you'll never need to use it because their work will be that good.

They picked up EVERYTHING, save two nails and some tape. When we did the walkthrough, I jokingly mentioned the two nails as a way of saying how impressed I was with how good the clean-up was. The foreman's response: "I'll have a talk with my guys."
