He can look intimidating to some but he is a big teddy bear. Great uninsured pricing. Attentive staff, community support as well as overall leaving there for more comfortable than when I arrived. The towel pull (version of the Y strap without the Y strap) Is a life changing adjustment. He executes his technique perfectly and gets everything that needed to move.
