They have a great schedule of adult Muay Thai and BJJ classes; I am able to do them after work every day of the week! The facilities are extensive, well-organized, and of course very clean. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful as well. Overall, it’s a great place to train!
Started going here recently and the coaches, staff and atmosphere are awesome. Very good instruction and lots of opportunity to practice and develop skills. Prepare to work and sweat but the coaches provide great instruction and are very welcoming of all skill levels.
Great place and perfect for any level of experience! I don't have any sports experience from the past, so I went in totally fresh. I've been at it for a month or so and am loving the environment, the training, and the commitment this place has for their trainees. This is perfect for anyone looking for something physical and fun to do!
