I had an amazing experience. Jocey is very talented. I wanted to get my hair lightened from root to tip and also do a haircut. My hair is 3a/3b texture. Jocey did a dry cut taking into account my curls and then she lightened my hair. She explained the entire process step by step and also showed and recommended products according to my hair. She’s very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I would 100% recommend her!

I have had haircuts, perms, and hair color done by Jocey at Franco’s Beauty and I have to say it is the best place I have ever gone to! Jocey stripped the color out of my hair by bleaching it and I thought my hair was going to look and feel like dry noodles! I was very wrong she took care of my hair like nobody had before! I am very very delicate and sensitive when it comes to my hair and had never dared to change the color but she made me feel comfortable and confident! My hair looks and feels fantastic!
