I have had a fear of the dentist so bad that I hadn't seen one in 30 years. I finally had to see one due to an abscess, and I tell you, the crew at Bright Now in Richland and Kennewick are kind, gentle, & soft-spoken. This crew really cares about us patients.
Everyone in the office is amazing. I especially enjoy Lindsey who has been my dental hygienist for years. The best and they genuinely care about the patients. As always thank you very much
Location is conveniently located by many other local and major businesses. Plenty of parking. Office was clean and orderly. Friendly staff and receptionist. Initially booked my appointment online for a dental checkup (aka dental xrays + exam with Dr. visit) and called the office ahead of time to see if a cleaning could be arranged during dental checkup.
