I have been a member for a few months. In the beginning the place was really clean and professional. But the last few times I have been the rooms were dirty. The shower in room 5 where I was tonight is broken (door removed) and I couldn't get hot water. The attendant also walked into the room while I was showering by mistake. She apologized and seemed very sorry, but it seemed like she was in a rush to clean out my room as I was the last float of the day from 5-6pm. It was 6:02 when I was rinsing off. They usually give you 10-15 minutes post float to rinse and leave the room. I am disappointed in the falling standards and experience.

Agree with the reviewer that says the room is very cold. I was shivering and trying to get water all over my body to stay warm which took away from the experience. My partner said his tub smelled like mildew. He thinks the tub may not have been cleaned properly.

There was not great ventilation in the room or in the pod and the humidity drips on you while floating (which is not usually an issue ) . There was a fair amount of mold /Mildew in the pod which made breathing even harder in the high humidity. The light in the room didn’t automatically turn off which was uncomfortable . The pods also has chlorine which isn’t typical and made for a strong odor and my hair hair didn’t appreciate it . Overall it was not a relaxing experience and was much more costly than some other float places with much high quality.
