The first time we entered Seattle Fine Jewelry was to get my engagement ring resized. Not only did they resize it, but they cleaned it and even fixed the diamond since it was a little bit loose. Nancy was so kind to us that after our experience we decided we would go back to them when we were ready for wedding rings. I originally took my Louis Vuitton Horizon watch to a local clock/watch shop to have the white strap replaced with a new black one, since the white had accumulated dirt over time. Unfortunately, they completely botched the job by cutting both the strap and the wire that connects it. I truly thought the watch was ruined and had pretty much given up hope. I could have taken it back to Louis Vuitton to have it repaired but I was sure it would have cost me hundreds of dollars to do so.

These guys are great. A little bit off the beaten track, but honestly you should seek them out if you need jewelry repair, as they do an awesome job at a fair price. I had and odd request to gold plate a cut coin necklace and reattach a new bail on my wife's pendant. I called many different places that I got from online recommendations and Seattle Fine Jewelry was the only place that could do the gold electroplating. They did a great job, and my wife is so happy.
