Thursday it occurred to me as my teeth were being professionally polished that this person is truly a professional polisher and I can sense it! It previously seemed that the two person team may have had some timing advantages for the patient ... and thus the clinic. Now it occurs to me that polishing and flossing are not just a finishing touch. They are the primary mission of the assistant and they are being done with primary attention!!! I now see the two person team as a serious improvement in patient care! Thank you!!
Holy mackerel, these folks know what they’re doing! Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the dentist herself were so incredibly kind and welcoming. Also, the dentist told me a story about how she grew up living next door to her dentist, and that she’d had her front teeth fixed more than once (I was there to repair a chipped front tooth). She really put me at ease. And the tooth looks terrific!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!
Such a state of the art facility. The staff greets you with a real concern for you as a patient. From the time you walk through the door until you leave they show care, concern and professionalism. Due to the fact that all the services are completed on site wait time is non existent. Thank you Dr. Merkel and Natalie you made my visit very comfortable. Judy Robles
