We had them come out and help us with a leaking window. It was a tiny job, but they were gracious with their time and knowledge to walk me through all of the mechanics of how our windows work, weep holes, expected behaviors. They seem like great people and I wouldn’t mind working with them again.
I think there was a mixup where a lot of what we talked about didn’t end up in the estimate, just shortened to leaky window. This left the work up to the technician’s imagination and different from what the estimator mentioned. All in all, I will trust their work, but I think they could be more thorough for their documentation.
