We recently hired Kraig for the first time to do a few small jobs around a house that we're renting out. He was really patient with my questions and the process of getting a quote was more transparent than other handymen we spoke to. He also accommodated extra requests, like getting a receipt for material costs and getting in touch with my tenants as well as me. He dusted the ceiling fan as well after working on it, which was a thoughtful touch! The most important thing to me is that my tenants are happy, and they had great things to say about him.
