Great experience with this company for insulating the attic of my very drafty 1940s home. Rory provided the most in-depth attic inspection and very detailed and reasonable bid, and offered an expert opinion on insulation needs. He really knows his stuff, and really cares about getting the job done right. He identified issues with ventilation in my new roof and kindly also talked to roofers. Debbie was super attentive and patient when it came to the scheduling of the job, and making sure day-of expectations were clear. I had Madrona add insulation to my crawlspace and attic a year ago.
The difference between my first and second winter in this house was incredible! In 2023, the entire heat of the house was leaking into the crawlspace. Great for my plumbing, but not great for the heating bill! This winter, all of the heat stayed inside the home and my pipes were insulated to prevent freezing.
The attic was incredibly warm or cold depending on the season my first summer in this home. Madrona added insulation and the living area upstairs is manageable. If you open the doors to the attic, it is astounding how well the insulation is sheltering us from the heat/cold.

Excellent service, pricing, and attention to detail.
Madrona was able to fully insulate my attic, crawl space, and garage. They did a thorough inspection to identify all the necessary work, explained all the steps along the way with a detailed quote, secured all the PSE rebates, and completed all work in a day with a big crew. Their quote was very competitive compared to several other places we had come by to give us an estimate.
