I originally contacted Mike to get a new key fob programmed for an after-market security system - I had 1 original key fob and 1 died. Mike was *quick* and efficient. In fact, I asked him to look at 2 other lock-related issues for me and he took care of both on the spot! I will definitely refer people to Mike and use him again in future. Thank you, Mike!

Mike immediately responded to my request for a locksmith after I had locked myself out of my condo. He was at my place within the 30 minute estimate, and I was back inside within 3 minutes. Cost was transparent before work even began. 10/10. Hope I won’t need an emergency locksmith again, but if I do, I’ll definitely call M&M.
