The man who did my pedi was great. He was thorough and checked in with me to make sure everything was to my liking. I injured my toenail and it recently fell off. He did a good job cleaning around the area and made sure any broken nail was removed so it wouldn't snag. The woman who did my manicure didn't do a very good job. I had to come back immediately after leaving the salon because I noticed so many unpainted areas of my nails. She redid them but it looked uneven and clumpy. Several nails chipped after 2 days. I came back today to have the chipped nails fixed because I have a wedding tomorrow. Kelly redid ALL my nails, not just the chipped ones, and did them so much better. I'm really happy with the job she did: she got the sides of my nails, covered it evenly, and did an even top coat. I'd come back to Kelly!
I will say that as someone who doesn't get their nails consistently done, I don't think they've ever done me wrong. Always make sure to call and get an appointment ahead of time so you don't wait but for the couple of times I didn't call I would say I waited less than 20 min. Never had any preference on the ladies since I know they can all do what I ask for! The vibe of the place is always clean and polish so I do love that! My only problem was that sometimes some of the ladies can be a little rough and your left with a few "rings of fire" so make sure to ask be gentle from time to time.
One of the BEST places I've been to for a nail salon by far. They do beautiful designs and acrylic work, if you'd get a pedicure they also usually send you home with an extra foot mask which is so nice. They also offer hot rocks with certain pedicure choices which is AMAZING. Been going here for years whenever I'm in town:)
