Called and Came over very quickly (less than an hour). Very nice and professional. Fixed the problem. Definitely recommend and will call again if needed.
FANTASTIC! I initially called Paul in December about an issue with my furnace. He was unable to get to me immediately, but suggested we face time to see if he could walk me through fixing the problem myself. We spoke about five minutes and he solved the issue for me over the phone. Just today the control board failed in my furnace (didn't know at the time that was the issue) and I knew exactly who I was calling, Paul. The nice man that went out of his way to help me last month. He had room for the next day. No problem I said. An hour later he called me and said he'd be a day earlier than expected if I would be home. I was so pleased he could make it earlier than expected! He was in and out in an hour. Had the parts with him and was very kind. Paul is very knowledgeable, professional and really personable. I grabbed a few business cards from him to hand out to people who need help with their furnace needs. I highly recommend this business to anyone who's looking to replace or repair any furnace. THANK YOU PAUL! I might also add that after my initial call in December, he text me the next day making sure things were still going good with my furnace. Who does that anymore??? This guy!
