When we added new items (door replacements, fire tables, shed insulation), Octavian handled these change requests easily. He helped us meet permitting requirements and made sure any inspection concerns were promptly addressed. I had a complex job in our older house, Issach was prompt and fair in bidding the job. It seemed reasonable and valuable. Issach is very easy to communicate with and one of the things I value most in a contractor. He knew what limitations might be a problem as the job progressed. He'd share them with me and we reached the same vision/idea easily and creatively. A BRILLIANT and efficient problem solver...you would be lucky to have him on your next project!

We wanted to add a large patio and some fencing. Octavian was up for what we described and got back to us quickly with pricing. He provided the best quote we had by far and the question was do we move forward with Octavian or do we wait and save up more money. We are very happy we moved forward with IDL. Things moved along quickly and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Octavian ran all decision points by us. We ended up adding on a roof and some siding work. That took a little more scheduling, but Octavian was happy to work with us.
