I have been on hold for the last 30 minutes. The Dr ordered a left knee x-ray. The growth is on the right knee. At Auburn hospital trying to get HealthPoint Renton to answer their phone so I can get the correct order faxed. If a person has to be on hold at least give patients the option for call back from the office and still be in the queue. Guess I will call tomorrow and be put on hold again.
There was a mix up with scheduling, but staff is amazing. I feel like my children and I made the right choice to switch. Dr. Daniel Low is very gentle and attentive. Behavioral Specialist Lotus Truth has a beautiful name and she was so empathetic and professional.
i feel like i entered a twilight zone where public healthcare is great and easy?
the check in person was helpful and efficient. the first med professional lindsay was kind and quick. then my doc gave such great help, i had a backlog of things to go through and she managed to knock the problems out while getting to know me. i felt like a person lol. finally the lab tech britney was insane, didn’t feel the needle go in or come back out. w
i don’t know how they manage to be both so efficient and compassionate at the same time. magic
