Clients consistently leave Stephanie's space feeling seen, whole, and deeply relaxed. The treatments, such as the Abhyanga oil body massage and the soothing Shirodhara treatment, leave visitors feeling profoundly calm and rejuvenated. Stephanie's knowledge and skills in Ayurvedic practices are exceptional, and she warmly welcomes each person with a big smile, creating a truly relaxing and beautiful experience. Earth Dosha is a hidden gem that offers a unique and transformative approach to holistic wellness.
Located downstairs from the salon. I had a really great first experience here! Stephanie is a wonderful massage therapist. Coming back to try the shiodhara massage next.
As an avid follower of ayurveda I was excited to find this business so close to my home. I tried the warm oil abhyanga massage at Earth dosha. It was highly relaxing and soothing I especially loved the sauna dome in the end. I would recommend going early as its an ayurvedic massage that requires knowing your body constitution to use the right products. The location is on the bottom floor of a salon in the same location and you need to enter the salon to find it. Sharing incase anyone else has a hard time finding it.
The only feedback I have is it would be nice to offer a warm or room temp water post the treatment as the sauna can feel dehydrating and its pretty...read full review
Whenever I need to nurture my feminine spirit I go and see Stephanie! Her abhyanga treatment and reiki healing is a must-have and not just a luxury for a healthy wellbeing! You will always feel 10x better after a session with Stephanie! Highly recommend!!!
