“First time customer, Pammi did my brazilian waxing and she was great! The place is clean and the service pammi provided was great. She made me feel comfortable and waxing didn't hurt as much as it normally does for me. I am just upset that the day i went i found out they raised the price, although they still charged me the same amount i booked for and not the raised price. But i was happy i found a place close by that has reasonable prices, but now my waxing services will total me to $200/month which is higher than the old place(which relocated) i paid $160. This would make me not want to tip as the price is already so high, and probably end up looking for another place again :(“

After posting the review, the Leslie from the shop reached out to me and offered to make it right. She got me in with the regional trainer, Axle, who got me looking much better than before. I've got a lot of respect for them for getting me in and helping me out.

I really don't want to be writing this review, but I feel like I have a responsibility to share.

The lady who cut my hair was super sweet and I really wish her the best, but she definitely messed up my beard and there's almost no fade in my haircut.
