I have gone to Ulta for 8 years at this location primarily but others as well, Renton and Kirkland. I usually dont need help when in the store because i know exactly which product I want. The only time i nedd help is if i dont know where the product is, and the salespeople have been helpful showing me where it is. I get my make-up and hair products at Ulta and really like the rewards program.I love my stylist in Redmond "J" she is absolutely the best at Ulta in Redmond. She books out for months, so I always make sure to schedule way ahead for her, and it's always worth it.

This location is one of my favorite spots- they don’t always get it 100% right, but they do a pretty good job job nine out of 10 times.I wish a little bit more effort went into teaching the associates. What the white tag, orange tag, and yellow tag all mean.I have had multiple experiences where they each tell me something different, in addition to some of them just simply not knowing at all.Suggestion to app:*would be super nice if Ulta added a feature on the app that you could scan an item in store and get the price point by yourself so you don’t have to borrow a sales associate/take them away from what they are busy doing.

She much of everything for beauty and pampering oneself. It’s so overwhelming in a good way! I was followed by a girl with a shopping basket in every aisle i went she was there when i looked up. When i went to purchase my items she came around the counter and checked me out. She was posing as a shopper and was obviously bad at it. I will not go there again. Sephora here i come!!
