My Granparents had lived there for over 20 years, thats where my family grew up during holidays. We as kids would catch tad pools in the pond near the golf course and ride in my granpa's golf cart to go play pickle ball at the wonderful activity center they have for kids, it has a pool, a workout gym above the pool, and cricket with a playground for the whole family to hangout, My FAVORITE was the Pickle Ball courts and the tournamens they would hold. I got my butt wooped by all the older guys and gals there but it was a blast. And yes it has tennis courts with a outside bathroom. This is a senior residential subdivisions. Each home is privately owned. 'Trilogy' is a mature adult community (age 55 & above). No young adults as permanent resident. There is a 'club house' area which is the hub of activities for this community - includes the mail/postal boxes, swimming pool, as well as billiard/pool game tables, exercise room with some equipment such as treadmills, stationery bikes, shower facilities, dinning lounge area, computers with free Internet/WiFi access, printer (cost per page printed B&W), indoor upper walking/running track.
