What a great experience with TechPower Solutions in Redmond! Roger showed care for what I was going through with my Lenovo laptop not turning on or charging, after I did a system update. Talking to him and going through solutions helped me tone down my concern about my dead computer when I needed it the most. Lately, I don't see much in any company of caring for the client, and Roger is tech extraordinaire for sure! I am not surprised that many of the reviews here mention him, because my experience was 5 stars. Thank you so-so-so much! Kudos to you, Roger!
Roger was very helpful and fast. My laptop was dropped and the case near the on/off button bent, so the button didn't work. He fixed it promptly. I didn't think it was under warrenty, but he found that it was, so no charge to me! Do call head so they are expecting you.
I had an excellent experience with TechPower Solutions. My Lenovo laptop, still under warranty, had been sent to the Lenovo service center for repairs. When I got it back after a few weeks, the original issue seemed to be resolved, but the laptop was now painfully slow. After reaching out to Lenovo again, they recommended TechPower Solutions as their trusted local partner since I was hesitant to send my laptop back to the service center.
