UPDATE on last post. The cleaners happily replaced my zipper with a more appropriate one and we're even willing to pay for it. I'd say that the follow-up by the employees and the owner to my problem was first rate and I have no problems giving them my full respect and endorsement as they are very high quality. My jacket had to be sent out and was replaced with a shoddy plastic one since this is my work jacket it needed to look great after complaining of a repair that they had to unfortunately send out came back with a cheap zipper I complained and boy did they respond the under herself handled it. They do a wonderful job here. I brought in my wife’s wedding dress which had been covered in sand and dirt after our wedding and they did an outstanding job cleaning it. They cleaned it multiple times and spent a lot of time doing so, more than the standard time the dry cleaners clean a piece of clothing. They also do a great job with your typical dry cleaning, not just wedding dresses.
