I showed her a pic of the haircut I wanted, she patiently listened to me rant about my hair and started right away. In 30 mins I got the exact style I wanted. Very efficient and friendly. She's been doing this for 30 years! She's also very busy and gets booked out very far. You can park in the garage and walk by and let her know you are there. She'll let you in.
