The invoice says the driver’s name is N. Andrews (night) but really this man was Jesus in a tow truck. After blowing out our front tire around mp 22 on I-90 after 10 pm we tried roadside assistance. After waiting 2 hours, the operator advised they were unsuccessful connecting to a driver. We are in an e-450 shuttle van conversion. We called around to various shops. Each company quoted at least 2 hours. Mac’s picked up and took the quote. The driver was advised the nature of the vehicle and said he would be by in 15 minutes. He arrived shortly after the call back. He hooked our bus up promptly which was impressive considering he was in a standard tow truck compared... read full review

Best towing experience ever. Greg is on time, super friendly and helpful. Had my car tow to the shop safely. He’s a very nice worker. I wish all towing drivers are like that. Hope I don’t have to use towing company again, but if I do, Max/Ibsen towing company would be my top and only choice. Thank you for making my life smoother and easier.
