Also wanting to jump in here to offset the bad reviews. Because it is really hard to find good resources and these folks are great!I've actually recommended LightHeart to so many friends and family that ask for a recommendation.Both my husband and I use light heart after transitioning away from another clinic. We both see Arezu Piroozmandi for similar conditions (but different respresentations) and have worked with her for over 6 months now.We absolutely love her, truly feel that she looks at us individually, and feel that she really wants us to find the best medication that works for us. I’ve been going for years and I love this practice. I see Jennie Brown and think she’s amazing. I’ve had zero issues and wanted to offset some of the yucky reviews— because I’ve had a super easy/responsive/kind experience with zero money issues.

HIGHLY recommend Virginia Agogliati. I had the pleasure of being a client of hers for a period of time and she made such an impact on my life through her knowledge (notably CBT) as well as her warm and welcoming personality. I’ve seen a large number of mental health therapists/counselors in my life (even several others in Redmond who told me they were not able to help me with CBT) and no one has ever connected with me like Virginia. She gave me tools for coping mechanisms and new perspectives. Sadly, I moved out of state so I’m no longer able to see her but strongly recommend anyone in the seattle/Redmond/east side area to see her. She’s an angel on earth.
