I've had a great time working with Larissa! She's very patient, and has really helped me figure out a lot about myself. She's able to get to the point of what I'm thinking, and is able to ask simple questions that lead me to explore my own thoughts on a deeper level on my own, without obvious outside guidance.
I look forward to my appointment with Victoria. I appreciate her calm, easy interactions with me. It’s great to have an objective listener who offers feedback if needed. Her therapeutic ability to validate my thoughts and help me make a plan with the issues I may present. She helps me organize my chaos when present. I appreciate the reminder to put self care on my calendar first.
I enjoyed the services of Rachel and the work I did with her before I had to cancel due to loss of insurance and moving away, but what's the point of having a card on file if you're not going to charge it. I kept having to manually pay the co-pay. $300 at one point due to months of missed payments. Anyways, I recommend a different clinic until they fix their billing procedures. Billing issues shouldn't be something I'm complaining about to my therapist every two weeks, I should be working on myself and my trauma and all that, ya know.
