David was so quick to respond to my email for help with a liquid CPU cooler that I knew instantly, he was focused on building a great customer service experience. He then spent some time troubleshooting the issue, which wasn't able to be resolved (outside of his control), and then provided me with follow up information around exactly what to purchase and where from. I've been in the US for 7 years now, and David is my new "go-to" computer guy.
