We had the most incredible experience with Alexander's. A neighbor recommended them after we got a diagnostic/estimate from another company we felt was a bit too expensive and we're so glad we followed our gut and got a second opinion. The issue the first company found was so large that it was nearly the same cost for replacing the whole unit and the issue Alexander's found was only a couple hundred dollars and was fixed the same day we called and in under 30 minutes from arrival. Scott was so honest and kind with us while he worked, including with my 3 year old that was very curious and talkative while he looked at everything.

Scott Lane from Alexander’s Heating & Air Conditioning came it to troubleshoot a condensation issue. Scott was able to identify the problem and made an adjustment to the PVC drainage at the bottom of the unit and added an extra water monitoring piece for extra precaution. He was excellent to work with and very polite. We would highly recommend Alexander’s Heating and Air Conditioning.
