I went there pre-covid and did not have a good experience. The Dr. rushed my appt, barely said 2 words and was gone in less than 10 minutes. I don't know the name of the Dr back then or the one we had today. They do not introduce themselves. I think it was the same one but I can't say for sure. Anyway, totally different experience today. He was thorough and explained what was going on with my son. My son is almost completely blind in his right eye and 20/30 in his left. He gave me advice on vision therapy and explained there was still hope for my son's vision. He was very kind and helped us pick glasses that were appropriate for him. The Dr is okay, but the receptionist lady is so rule , she try the way to get your insurance or you own money…. Very unprofessional!!! Would not recommend to go there wasted your time

Dr. Chung is kind, caring, diligent, and very knowledgeable. He was thorough with my exam and shared health advice that is normally not shared by an optometrist. I've been seeing him for 3 years now and have referred several family members and friends.
