Second time using this location to repair our google pixel phones, love that they are close to home but the store forgot to call us when our phone was ready for pick up. Also had difficulty with the person working at the store when filing our repair claim with Google, tried to say repair wasn't covered when it was, took longer to get claim approved & repairs done.

Customer service is outworldly at this place! Specifically Jimmy, Bryan and Curt were incredibly patient, empathetic and fast about fixing my issue, (broke screen on new phone) with great communication. These guys stand behind their work and warranty and I'd trust them for any fix of any gadget in their repertoire, bar none. These guys have my thanks and I recommend them 100%!

Ethical & efficient repair!Kurt cleaned out my S10's charging port instead of claiming the motherboard needed replacement saving me hundreds of dollars!He and the other techs replaced my battery successfully and my phone is ready for more years of service!I'd recommend this location to anyone needing skilled and honest repair work✅️
