Jason came out today and Did an amazing job. Professional , efficient , And knows how to take care of the customer. He’s an obvious master of his craft, which instantly builds trust with a new customer. It’s hard to put into words how much stress this relieves knowing that My tank is pumped clean. Called and was able to make a same day appointment which was great. We were trying to determine if the tank which hadn’t been pumped in 4 years was the cause. Russel showed up and very informative and thorough. Will definitely be calling them back when the time comes again to pump it out.
Ahkeem was extremely professional, respectful and kind. He walked me through the process and waited to hear my response of acknowledgement. He helped me set up the next service and walked me through pricing. He also explained additional costs when he was unaware of change in fees due to extended travel from Puyallup. He arranged next service and confirmed everything with me. Wonderful service!
