I appreciate that Sean texts the day before he comes and asks if there are any concerns. He then texts when he is on the way so I can put the dogs that bark away. He then texts me when he is in the driveway to let me know he has arrived and texts me when he leaves. It is really appreciated so that the dogs don't go crazy barking and I know that someone is at the house. He leaves me straws with ant killer that helps when the ants show up between visits. I really think he does a great job.

I had a very good experience with Sentinel Pest Control. I called and explained my problem to the operator. They told me they offer a free inspection to their customers to evaluate the problem - before they ask you to commit to any charges. The service technician Brandin arrived within the time promised and got right to work. He asked me to show him around my home and asked to inspect the craw space. He checked out my crawl space and found no rodent issues at all. That was a surprise to me. They stuck to the free inspection policy and I was not charged for the service. I think this company is a first rate company and would highly recommend their services.

Sean at Sentinel Pest Control is amazing and very knowledgeable. He took care of our giant yellow jacket nest in no time and took the time to answer all the questions we had. We will definitely be going through Sentinel for any future service needs!
